UK Delivery (included in the price)
All original art orders placed on Art Haus include free UK delivery — there is no additional shipping charge at checkout.
Processing times
- Original artworks: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- Prints (if applicable): Production and dispatch times may vary depending on size and finish. If your order is made to order, dispatch will usually take 3–7 working days.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
- 2–5 working days (standard UK delivery)

Packaging
Original artworks are packaged carefully to protect them in transit. If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us before ordering.
International delivery
International shipping is not enabled at checkout. If you’re outside the UK and would like to order, please email:
Include the artwork/print you’re interested in and your delivery country/postcode, and I’ll confirm shipping options, costs, and timings.
Delivery issues or damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact andy@art-haus.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the item and packaging (including any visible damage)
We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Incorrect address details
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
