These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made from Art Haus by Andy Taylor (“we”, “us”, “our”) through https://www.art-haus.co.uk (the “Website”).

2. Using our Website
By using our Website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
3. Products
We sell:
- Original artworks (one-of-a-kind pieces)
- Prints (as described on the product page)
Images and colour
We take care to present accurate photos and descriptions. However, colours can vary between screens, and original artworks may show texture and detail that is difficult to capture fully online.
4. Orders and contract
4.1 When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy a product.
4.2 A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation and/or when we dispatch the item (whichever happens first).
4.3 We may cancel an order if there is an error (for example pricing/availability), payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any sums paid.
5. Prices and payment
5.1 Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown on the Website.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery options, charges and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and/or on the product page.
6.2 Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
6.3 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
6.4 Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
7. Commissions (handled via enquiry)
7.1 We accept commission enquiries via the Website contact methods. Commissions are not purchased through the checkout and are agreed separately in writing (including price, scope, timescales and payment terms).
7.2 Where a commission is agreed, it is a bespoke service/product created to your specification and will have its own cancellation and refund terms confirmed at the time of booking.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds (WooCommerce orders)
This section applies to orders placed through the Website checkout for originals and prints.
If you are a consumer (buying outside your trade/business/profession), nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
8.1 Change of mind cancellations (14 days)
For originals and prints purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To cancel, email andy@art-haus.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
Returning the item (change of mind):
- You must return the item within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty/damaged).
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging (where reasonably possible).
Deductions for loss of value:
If returned items show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature/characteristics (or are returned damaged), we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect the reduction in value (this may be up to 20% of the product price depending on the condition on return).
Refund timing:
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence they have been sent back).
8.2 Cancelling before dispatch
If you contact us before dispatch, we may be able to cancel your order and refund you in full. Once dispatched, the cancellation/returns process in 8.1 applies.
8.3 Damaged, faulty, or not as described
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will put it right in line with your statutory rights.
Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging (including the label if possible)
Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If an item is faulty or damaged, we will handle this under section 8.3.
10. Intellectual property
All artworks, images, and content on this Website are owned by us (or licensed to us). Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce or use images of the artwork for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Liability
11.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us.
11.2 We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights).
11.3 If you buy as a business, we are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example courier disruption, severe weather, or supply issues).

15. Governing law
