Description

Hope doesn’t always arrive gently. Sometimes it crashes through in a wave of white and gold, unexpected and overwhelming, catching you off guard at exactly the moment you needed it most. That is what this painting captures. The force of something good breaking through.

The deep blue holds the weight of everything difficult. It is serious and vast and entirely real. But running through it, threading between the darkness and the spray, is gold. Warm, stubborn, quietly insistent gold that refuses to be extinguished by all that blue around it.

This is a painting about the moment the tide turns. Not the calm after. The actual moment of turning, when everything is still moving and loud and uncertain but something has shifted and you can feel it.
